Darren Lamb
Impact Director

You didn’t start your business to save the planet. But what if doing some good for the environment and your community was good for business too?I enjoyed 20+ years producing advertising films for global brands and TV shows for major broadcasters. However the climate and nature crisis made me rethink the work I wanted to be part of and the future I wanted to help build. So I retrained. Now I help SMEs, producers and purpose-led teams take meaningful action that’s good for the planet, their people, their communities and their bottom line. This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about staying profitable, relevant and ready for what’s coming.
You have the power to lead purposeful change. My job is to help you frame your ambition, get started and deliver those projects.
I’m proud to have retrained with the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability, BAFTA Albert, AdGreen, B Corp and On Purpose. I’m also a certified Mental Health First Aider, a husband and dad.

Our purpose

Choose the kind of business you want to be

You can focus on what we’re losing or get excited about what we can build. We’re facing a very real climate and nature crisis. But also one of the biggest cultural and economic shifts in a generation. How we live, work and run businesses is changing fast. And with that change comes opportunity to adapt and create something better.Every decision matters.
The suppliers we work with. The materials we use. The clients we take on. The culture we build. The ideas we put into the world.
These decisions shape our work, community, culture and the kind of future we’re heading toward.
And when these decisions are made with care? They all add up.
Our purpose is to accelerate the shift to low-carbon, values-led business by equipping SMEs and creative production teams with the tools, confidence and ideas to take meaningful action.Because in the end, it’s not about being the biggest. Or chasing one bottom line.
It’s about being the kind of business that’s helping shape a better future and doing well, by doing good.
What kind of business do you want to be?

how we work

Three steps to make your business better for people, planet and profit.

FRAME

Get a clear picture of where you stand. We’ll help you spot where emissions, waste or inefficiencies are creeping in, from energy bills and travel miles to kit hire and supplier choices. You’ll find out what clients or tenders might expect next and where your easiest green wins are.

PLAN

Make a plan that actually works. Once we know what your sustainability goals are, we’ll work with you to build a realistic, focused plan that suits your size, team, project and budget. It’s not about overhauling everything from day one, the important thing is to plan where you want to be. Start small, but start now.

ACT

The difference between good intentions and real results? Action.
We can help. Whether it’s switching to low-impact suppliers, collecting carbon data on location, setting up a team volunteering scheme or making sure your sustainability efforts aren’t greenwashing. If you want to stay ahead of the curve, now’s the time to act.
